Alternators and Generators
Our accessory overhaul shop is setup to overhaul every brand of alternator and generator put into GA aircraft in the last 50 years. For antiques, there may be some components that we have to source from salvage yards, but no matter what your airplane uses to make electricity, we’ve probably got a solution for it.
We have a full suite of test equipment and are able very quickly determine if your alternator or generator is in need of a full overhaul or just a couple of parts to get it back in service.
If your charging system is letting you down, come on by and let us find the cause. Pilots are often pleasantly surprised to find that we were able to repair their charging system and get them back in the air at a very reasonable cost.
The alternators above are awaiting overhaul in our accessory shop. We'll fully refurbish them and after cleaning and painting these sorry looking units will look like new again. But more more important that how they look, is how they'll function...perfectly.
We guarantee you'll be happy with our overhauls. If you're not, we'll take the overhauled unit out of your airplane and install a new alternator of your choice for the product cost only.
