Maintenance - 100 Hour Inspections
As the designated AMO for several flying schools and charter operators in the Fraser Valley, we understand the importance of rapid turnarounds on 100 hour inspections. We’ll do our absolute best to get your aircraft back on the flight line as quickly as possible.
We also know that commercial operators and flying schools operate under incredibly tight margins. So, while we absolutely will not compromise safety, we can also assure
you that our 100 hour inspections won’t “break the bank” by picking on trivial, non-airworthy issues. And, because we understand that aircraft reliability is essential for commercial operations, a large part of our 100 hour inspection process is to look for items that can affect your aircraft's reliability. When we spot something that may become an issue two or three hundred hours from now we’ll flag it so you can budget for repair at a future service interval. When we spot something we think could render your aircraft AOG (Aircraft On Ground) before the next major service interval, we’ll call you immediately so you have the option of repairing or replacing the component before you end up facing a costly AOG event at some distant airfield.
As a fully certified engine overhaul facility, we maintain a huge inventory of parts, gaskets, seals, fasteners, etc. If your airplane does require repair work, we often have the parts in stock so you avoid costly down time waiting for parts to arrive. And because we’re also a certified overhaul facility for engine accessories, we usually have starters, alternators, magnetos and carburetors in stock for immediate replacement.
Give us a try for your next 100 hour inspection and let us show you what we can do.
